Agreement to terms

DeHart Roofing is a licensed roofing contractor in the State of California (Lic. #749551). All work is performed in accordance with applicable building codes and manufacturer specifications.

The specific terms of any roofing project, including scope of work, materials, timeline, payment schedule, and warranty coverage, will be outlined in a separate written contract between you and DeHart Roofing.

Warranty terms

Warranty coverage varies by project and is detailed in your individual contract. In general:

• Manufacturer warranties are provided directly by the roofing material manufacturer and are subject to their specific terms and conditions. We assist with the registration process.
• Workmanship warranties cover the labor and installation performed by DeHart Roofing. Duration and terms are specified in your contract.
• Warranties may be voided by unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, or acts of nature not covered by the warranty terms.

Severability
