Three generations on Central Valley roofs

Few roofing companies last five decades. Fewer still keep the same name, the same crews, and the same standards through it all. DeHart Roofing has.

1. 1975 — Dale DeHart opens the shop. Dale DeHart hangs out his shingle on Tully Road in Turlock. He runs the company for three decades, building a reputation on honest pricing, premium materials, and a job site swept clean at the end of every day.
2. 2005 — Larry DeHart takes the helm. Larry DeHart takes over and runs DeHart for two more decades. His brother, Clayton DeHart, works alongside him — the continuity link who still walks commercial bids and residential replacements himself today.
3. 2026 — Mario Espindola carries it forward. Mario Espindola, with 30-plus years in Central Valley roofing, carries DeHart into its third generation of ownership. The crews stay intact. The standards stay the same. And DeHart adds all four of the industry's top manufacturer certifications — the only contractor in Stanislaus County to hold every one.

What hasn't changed since 1975

The phone number that generations of Turlock homeowners learned by heart. In-house crews instead of rotating subcontractors. Those certifications unlock manufacturer-backed warranties up to 50 years that most local contractors cannot register. A 51-year reputation, now backed by the strongest warranties in the industry.
